Buzzard Proyect

Client: DRAGADOS (ENCANA)

Project: Manufacturing of a tubular structure, supported by reinforced welded ferrules.

Total Weight: 1,250 tonnes.

Material: P-460

Active participation in the production of a tubular platform structure in the North Sea and the mast for the crane. Pipes with a diameter of 1200 mm and are between 30 and 75 mm thick with base materials P-460. Their lengths vary between 3 and 16 meters.

Qatar and Tianjin Projects

Client: Babcock Power Spain

Project: Manufacturing of ferrules and cones from 46 to 80 mm thick.

Total Weight: 2,000 tonnes

Material: 20 Mn Mo Ni 4-5

Shaping and welding of the ferrules for the 36 boilers at the Qatar project in thicknesses of 46 and 80 mm with lengths of up to 3,250 mm per ferrule.

Molins New Cement Line Project

Client: F.L. Smidth

PROJECT: Complete replacement of the Cement Line and new Kiln supply.

Total Weight: 600 tonnes.

Material: 16 Mo 3

Manufacturing of a complete cement kiln that is 56 meters in length and 5.2 meters in diameter, for thicknesses of between 30 and 95 mm. The ferrules placed under the rings have a mechanism to ensure the correct adjustment of the rolling rings, which are supplied by our client.
